Purpose
The purpose of the Salesforce Administrator is to work closely with the teams using
Salesforce to ensure it is used effectively to achieve the charity’s strategic and
operational aims. Sitting within the Technology team, and reporting to the IT
Operations Team Leader, the post-holder will provide ongoing technical support
and administration of the Salesforce systems. They will work with multiple
stakeholders from across the charity and implement the latest relevant Salesforce
updates.
